Happy 4th birthday to our Krav Maga school’s mascot cat Shadow!

My neighbor and I found her in the parking lot in front of our school’s old location when she was 6 weeks old.

She’s been a part of our self-defense school ever since.

.

On average I spend about 12 hours each day at the school with her. I spend more time with her than any other living creature and vice versa. For this reason we have created a special bond and she’s been a blessing to have in my life.
